Titan Alarm LTD is proud to announce that it will be expanding its operations from the Canadian provinces to the United States for the summer of 2012. Titan Alarm LTD achieved a staggering success after only its first (1^st) year of being in business. Specifically, Titan Alarm LTD established its primary base of operations including but not limited to its departments for sales, IT, technicians, call center, finance and other pertinent divisions in 2011. Yet, in a record period of time, the company managed to grow exponentially and enter numerous Canadian markets in several different provinces. The company attributes this extraordinary success to its spectacular management and dedicated team. The expression that a picture is worth a thousand words is highly applicable when describing the triumphant success of Titan Alarm LTD's first year. Specifically, Titan Alarm LTD exceeded sales of seventeen thousand in its opening year and could not be more proud to be protecting this number of families throughout the Canadian provinces.

Titan is looking forward with great anticipation to expanding its organization beyond the Canadian borders and performing business in the United States in the summer of 2012. We are confident that we will be able to translate the success of Titan Alarm LTD from the Canadian provinces to the United States markets. As there is already an entirely unrelated company by the name of Titan Alarm, Inc. doing business in Phoenix, Arizona, Titan Alarm LTD will operate in the United States under the name of Stryke Alarm, LLC. The company is still working on defining the particular states that it will operate in. However, the company most definitely anticipates having a minimum of five (5) offices operational within the United States in time for the summer 2012 season. Under the name of Stryke Alarm LLC, the company will bring to its U.S. customers a premium level of security protection. Our accounts will be serviced entirely in the United States at state-of-the-art monitoring centers. The company will also be using excellent, technologically advanced equipment offered by Honeywell International, Inc. Honeywell has an exceptional product line from which our customers will undoubtedly be the fortunate beneficiaries. In addition to preeminent security systems, Honeywell offers many other advantages to customers including but not limited to in home cameras, system alerts which ultimately allow customers to monitor the activities in their homes or businesses from remote locations, temperature detection devices, etc.

Stryke Alarm, LLC will be managed under the direction of its highly qualified executive team with extensive experience and expertise in the security industry. Graham Wood will bring his stellar leadership skills and extensive years of sales management experience to Stryke Alarm LLC. Graham will also bring his dedication to his mission to serving charitable causes around the globe to Stryke Alarm, LLC enabling both organizations to realize this vision.

It is with excitement, enormous expectations and a great sense of adventure that we embark upon our entry into the U.S. territory.

We are very proud to announce new cutting edge technologies which are in the process of being developed and introduced for our sales representatives at both Titan Alarm and Stryke Alarm. These technological advances involve applications for Ipad and Android tablets that will revolutionize the manner in which sales representatives perform their challenging work.

The first application is entitled, Titan On The Go and Stryke On The Go. This application is abbreviated as TOG and SOG. This application is currently at the testing stage but is anticipated to be released in the near future. The application for the Android is in development. This application will provide the sales representatives and managers with numerous advantages and conveniences accessible from their Ipads while they are out in the field.

The features of this application include but are not limited to enabling representatives to access information about households such as the names of the owners, the property addresses, property values, etc. It also allows representatives to add households and corresponding household information to the application. Representatives will be able to run credit checks directly from the application. The application will include a menu for individuals to input the status of a household such as Not Interested, Not at Home, Sale Completed, etc. Summary reports displaying performance over the last thirty days will be fully accessible for viewing on this application as well as an individual representatives location for the past thirty days. Managers will have additional available features with this application including the ability to create, assign and delete areas as well as to view the Location and Summary reports of all representatives that report to that Manager.

The second application is called the TitanSTK and StrykeSTK. This application is ready for release for the Ipad and the application for the Android tablet is in development. This application will afford sales representatives an exceptional opportunity to display both slide shows and videos on the Ipad when visiting with customers. This will enable representatives to showcase extraordinary aspects of the company and its products and services when making their sales presentations. The slide shows include an assortment of topics such as descriptions of the equipment including the two-way voice, the panic pendants, the sensors, the panels, the mobile features displaying how one can perform functions for their security systems from the telephone, etc. There will also be a graph describing the areas of Canada and the United States where the company operates. The available videos will include numerous options such as Becoming a Titan, Titan in One Word, a video about the culture of the company and the company's location and office.

The third (3^rd) application is entitled, TitanDash and StrykeDash. This application is currently in development and is anticipated to be available in the next few weeks for the Ipad and in the near future for the Android. This application will replicate the Titan and Stryke Dashboard found on their respective Stats webites. This application is intended to bring a convenience to the sales representatives by enabling them to access these features directly from their Ipads while out in the field. The representatives will have the exceptional features from these websites such as viewing reports, friend comparisons, information summaries, etc.

As an organization, we strive to support our representatives in every way possible including with technological advances that will improve the sales process and also make the customer's experience more memorable and extraordinary. We are confident that these Ipad applications will provide incredible opportunities for our sales representatives and managers to exponentially increase their potential while working with customers.
