We are very proud to announce new cutting edge technologies which are in the process of being developed and introduced for our sales representatives at both Titan Alarm and Stryke Alarm. These technological advances involve applications for Ipad and Android tablets that will revolutionize the manner in which sales representatives perform their challenging work.
The first application is entitled, Titan On The Go and Stryke On The Go. This application is abbreviated as TOG and SOG. This application is currently at the testing stage but is anticipated to be released in the near future. The application for the Android is in development. This application will provide the sales representatives and managers with numerous advantages and conveniences accessible from their Ipads while they are out in the field.
The features of this application include but are not limited to enabling representatives to access information about households such as the names of the owners, the property addresses, property values, etc. It also allows representatives to add households and corresponding household information to the application. Representatives will be able to run credit checks directly from the application. The application will include a menu for individuals to input the status of a household such as Not Interested, Not at Home, Sale Completed, etc. Summary reports displaying performance over the last thirty days will be fully accessible for viewing on this application as well as an individual representatives location for the past thirty days. Managers will have additional available features with this application including the ability to create, assign and delete areas as well as to view the Location and Summary reports of all representatives that report to that Manager.
The second application is called the TitanSTK and StrykeSTK. This application is ready for release for the Ipad and the application for the Android tablet is in development. This application will afford sales representatives an exceptional opportunity to display both slide shows and videos on the Ipad when visiting with customers. This will enable representatives to showcase extraordinary aspects of the company and its products and services when making their sales presentations. The slide shows include an assortment of topics such as descriptions of the equipment including the two-way voice, the panic pendants, the sensors, the panels, the mobile features displaying how one can perform functions for their security systems from the telephone, etc. There will also be a graph describing the areas of Canada and the United States where the company operates. The available videos will include numerous options such as Becoming a Titan, Titan in One Word, a video about the culture of the company and the company's location and office.
The third (3
rd) application is entitled, TitanDash and StrykeDash. This application is currently in development and is anticipated to be available in the next few weeks for the Ipad and in the near future for the Android. This application will replicate the Titan and Stryke Dashboard found on their respective Stats webites. This application is intended to bring a convenience to the sales representatives by enabling them to access these features directly from their Ipads while out in the field. The representatives will have the exceptional features from these websites such as viewing reports, friend comparisons, information summaries, etc.
