The Stryke Alarm medical pendant proved to be of invaluable assistance in saving the life of a customer's husband as they were in the process of leaving their home. Specifically, the customer's husband had unexpectedly fallen over while they were leaving their home. The customer attempted to lift him up, but was unable to do so. This customer instead pressed the medical pendant. Using the two way voice feature, the customer was able to communicate directly with the monitoring center which in turn dispatched the proper emergency service personnel to assist the customer.
